Process Optimization Manager

Your New Role

You will be responsible for optimizing plant performance by improving production yields, line speeds, and material efficiency. You'll lead cross-functional problem-solving initiatives, manage process documentation, and coordinate training to ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need a degree in process, mechanical, or a related engineering discipline, along with 5+ years' experience in a continuous process manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, quality systems (such as FMECA, SPC), and automation is essential. You should have excellent project management skills, a hands-on approach, and the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
