Electronics Technician Required

We are seeking a highly skilled Electronics Technician to provide technical support for various programmes, including Electronic Engineering, Robotics, Automation, Biomedical, and Cybersecurity.

This role requires an individual with strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing complex laboratory equipment, robotics systems, biomedical devices, industrial controllers, and electronic components.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing complex laboratory equipment, robotics systems, biomedical devices, industrial controllers, and electronic components.
  • Installing, configuring, and managing software and hardware relevant to electronic design, simulation, and programming.
  • Providing hands-on technical assistance to students and lecturers during practical sessions, labs, and project work.
  • Assisting with the procurement, inventory, and lifecycle management of technical equipment and components.
  • Evaluating and implementing safety standards and best practices in laboratory environments.
  • Documenting technical issues, maintenance activities, and system configurations.
