Job Opportunity:

The Noel Group is seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Senior Receptionist to join their hotel team in Cavan. This role is ideal for an individual who enjoys providing exceptional customer service and working in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:
As a Senior Receptionist, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Welcoming and checking in all guests on arrival
  • Communicating hotel services and facilities to guests in a clear and friendly manner
  • Managing check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
  • Handling daily cashing and balancing of tills
  • Dealing with guest complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner

Requirements:
