**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Director to lead our project delivery teams and oversee the execution of multiple EPCMV project teams in the Central region.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to guide project delivery teams to deliver projects safely, on time, and with high quality.

About the Role:

  • Lead project delivery teams to deliver projects safely, on time, and with high quality.
  • Oversight of day-to-day execution of multiple EPCMV project teams in the Central region.
  • Support EPCMV and CM services sales; oversee the detailed execution of projects from initiation to close-out; develop staff; monitor operational performance.
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline.
  • At least 15 years of experience in Project Delivery or a related discipline, including leadership roles.
  • Experience managing multi-million-dollar construction projects.
