Our organization seeks a seasoned and skilled technical recruitment specialist to spearhead our recruitment efforts. This individual will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding top talent in the tech industry.
">Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from collaborating with hiring managers to defining role requirements to extending job offers.
- Source and engage top technical talent through online platforms, networking events, and industry connections.
- Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to understand technical requirements and team dynamics.
- Provide strategic guidance on market trends, talent availability, and industry best practices to inform recruitment decisions.
- Conduct ongoing market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor landscapes, and emerging technologies.
- Mentor junior recruiters and provide training as needed.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to recruitment activities.
- Regularly report on recruitment metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a technical recruiter with a focus on software engineering, IT, or related technical roles.
- Strong understanding of current technologies and trends in the tech industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with technical professionals.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring recruitment teams.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
