Technical Recruitment Specialist

Our organization seeks a seasoned and skilled technical recruitment specialist to spearhead our recruitment efforts. This individual will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding top talent in the tech industry.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from collaborating with hiring managers to defining role requirements to extending job offers.
  • Source and engage top technical talent through online platforms, networking events, and industry connections.
  • Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to understand technical requirements and team dynamics.
  • Provide strategic guidance on market trends, talent availability, and industry best practices to inform recruitment decisions.
  • Conduct ongoing market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor landscapes, and emerging technologies.
  • Mentor junior recruiters and provide training as needed.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to recruitment activities.
  • Regularly report on recruitment metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a technical recruiter with a focus on software engineering, IT, or related technical roles.
  • Strong understanding of current technologies and trends in the tech industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with technical professionals.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring recruitment teams.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
