Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective clients interested in home energy upgrades and renewable energy solutions.
  • Advise homeowners, businesses, and partners on the grant process, project timelines, technical upgrade options, and financial implications.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, architects, and local authorities to drive business development.
  • Conduct site or virtual consultations to assess energy needs and recommend tailored retrofit solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal technical, design, and compliance teams to ensure projects meet guidelines, are accurately scoped, and delivered efficiently.
  • Prepare and present clear, persuasive proposals outlining upgrade options, payback periods, and ROI.
  • Stay up to date with changes in schemes, building regulations, and the wider renewable energy landscape.
  • Oversee contracts and negotiations, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and regulatory requirements.
  • Track all leads, sales activities, and project progress using CRM software.
  • Contribute to post-sales client support and long-term relationship management to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Support the development of marketing strategies and promotional initiatives.
