Commercial Management Role

Our team is seeking a seasoned Commercial Manager to oversee the commercial lifecycle of projects, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing budgets, tracking costs, and forecasting project outcomes. You will also oversee variations and compensation events, providing regular updates to stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing commercial strategies to maximize project profitability.
  • Managing contractual agreements and negotiating with suppliers.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Requirements for this role include:

  • A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of post-graduate experience in a commercial management role.
  • Civils construction experience preferred but not essential.
  • Valid working rights within Ireland required.

We offer an attractive salary negotiable depending on experience (DOE), a vehicle/travel allowance negotiable depending on experience (DOE), pension contribution matched up to a capped percentage, and an annual bonus based on KPI performance.
