We are looking for an experienced lawyer to provide legal and compliance support to our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver legal, regulatory, and compliance services related to the distribution of products, services, and software through partners and channels.
- Provide strategic support and advice on commercial and business matters.
- Advise on legal and regulatory requirements relating to our distribution and partner portfolio.
- Prepare, review, and support negotiations of contracts and terms.
- Identify, define, and mitigate risks by contributing to policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and Group policies.
- Provide training and facilitate compliance programs.
Requirements
- Fully qualified lawyer with a Master/Bachelor of Laws degree or equivalent and at least 8 years' experience in commercial law.
- Experience in legal issues relating to the distribution and partner business via channels.
- Fluent in English with great technological skills.
- Confident with fantastic interpersonal skills, commercially minded, highly organized, and able to work effectively in teams.
- Able to work independently and manage large volumes of work.
- Open to flexible working and regular travel within the UKI zone.
