Job Title:Procurement Lawyer">Job Description:

Our team is seeking a seasoned Procurement lawyer to support the review, drafting, and negotiation of complex agreements. You will work closely with our Procurement functions to ensure compliance with regulations and intellectual property requirements.

The ideal candidate has 6-8 years of experience in international corporate/commercial law, with at least 3 years of experience in IT Procurement agreements and indirect procurement agreements. A strong background in contract review, drafting, and negotiation is essential.

  • Review and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers;
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements;

Requirements:

  • Qualified lawyer with 6-8 years of experience in international corporate/commercial law;
  • At least 3 years of legal experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating IT Procurement agreements and other indirect procurement agreements;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders;
