Job Overview

The role of a Web Operations Business Analyst involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that enhance our platforms, ensuring compliance with security and legal standards.

This is a skilled and motivated position requiring strong analytical skills, the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and think critically.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or a related field and have proven experience as a Business Analyst in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and document business requirements for our website portfolio focusing on WordPress and Adobe Experience Manager platforms.
  • Design solutions, enhancements and BAU activities for Kerry's website portfolio (focus will be on AEM and WordPress based solutions).
  • Collaborate with internal security teams to ensure compliance with security requirements and our websites are free from vulnerabilities.
  • Work with third-party agencies to ensure adherence to website hosting criteria.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for website-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to operations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Technical aptitude and familiarity with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript and responsive design principles.
