Senior Financial Accountant Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Accountant to join our Finance team as a key contributor. Reporting directly to the Head of Finance and Business, this role plays a vital part in influencing decision-making and operational success across the business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for producing accurate and timely monthly management accounts, leading departmental cost reviews and performance planning, and partnering with commercial and operational teams to provide strategic financial insights. Additional duties include managing cash flow forecasting, statutory audits, payroll, and revenue submissions.

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess strong post-qualification experience, preferably three to four years, and hold a recognized accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CPA). A background in FMCG, retail, or distribution environments is also essential. Furthermore, knowledge of IFRS and internal control best practices is mandatory.
