Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day execution of digital marketing campaigns. As a detail-oriented and technically skilled professional, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are launched flawlessly from setup and testing to asset tracking and performance documentation.

This role is ideal for someone with a foundational understanding of HTML/CSS who enjoys problem-solving, quality control, and keeping projects on track in a fast-paced environment.

  • Set up and update campaign components in internal systems including offers creatives and user journeys.
  • Use HTML and CSS to format and QA campaign assets such as landing pages emails and ancillary copy.
  • Perform daily QA testing across campaign elements to ensure all links tracking parameters and flows function properly.
  • Support the creative and production teams by loading content into CMS or email platforms and troubleshooting display issues.
  • Coordinate the review process with pre- and post-legal to ensure compliance across all assets.
  • Track all ancillary copy usage to ensure coverage and consistency.
  • Assist in setting up and launching A/B tests and documenting results to support performance optimization.
  • Maintain organized records of campaign components test outcomes legal approvals and publishing timelines.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to keep campaigns on schedule and escalate issues as needed.
  • Support day-to-day campaign needs from last-minute updates to version control and content swaps.

Required skills and qualifications include basic to intermediate HTML/CSS skills, familiarity with QA practices, strong attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deliverables.
