Engineering Site Leadership Position

The ideal candidate will lead a team of engineering professionals to maximize equipment performance. This includes proactively maintaining equipment to minimize downtime.
Key Responsibilities- Foster a diverse and skilled team of engineers.
- Collaborate with leadership to implement site-wide engineering strategies.
- Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders for consistent product availability.
- Drive continuous improvement in Operational Excellence and financial performance.
- Define and deliver the engineering vision for the site.
- E nsure Health & Safety compliance and Environmental Sustainability within the engineering function.
- Cultivate senior-level relationships to resolve issues and implement value-added processes.
- Identify and implement engineering-related continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related science discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in engineering management, preferably in a regulated manufacturing environment.
- 5+ years of people management experience with talent development and strategic leadership.
