We are seeking a highly motivated and well-organised Conference Supervisor to deliver exceptional experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the activities of outlet staff, expediting guests' orders as needed, and maintain good working relationships with colleagues.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring guests have a pleasant experience.
  • Delegates tasks to the team and conduct regular inspections to ensure proper standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained.
  • Monitor cash flow, follow proper cash handling protocol, and settle outstanding bills.
Requirements:
  • Experience in hospitality is essential.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong command of the English language.
  • Ability to prioritise and organise work.
  • Basic knowledge of wine and food.
