Quality Assurance Specialist

Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in County Wicklow. As a key member of our site-based quality management team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our projects meet the highest standards of quality.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily quality inspections across various services including M&E, Brickwork & Finishing.
- Develop and implement site quality programs for subcontractors, monitoring their compliance.
- Coordinate tests and inspections on site, identifying areas for improvement and rectifying rejected work.
- Provide expert guidance to site teams on quality matters and recommend solutions to address quality issues.
- Oversee BCAR-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a Site Engineering or Quality Assurance position.
- Strong project management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
