We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide excellent customer service, maintain a clean and tidy shop floor, and work effectively with colleagues.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing great customer service by proactively smiling, greeting, acknowledging and helping customers.
- Working hard for customers, the team, and department.
- Prioritising tasks to ensure anything done is right for customers.
- Being adaptable and resilient to meet the ever-changing demands of our business.
- Following instructions either verbal or written.
- Being reliable and a good timekeeper.
- Looking smart and tidy at all times.
