Business Partner Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Business Partner to join our team. This is a unique chance to contribute to a dynamic organisation, providing strategic and operational support.

About the Role

This role offers the opportunity to partner closely with senior leaders, drive key initiatives, and make a lasting impact on employee experience, performance, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted Business Partner to the business, supporting teams across a variety of matters including recruitment, absence management, and employee well-being.
  • Manage and coach managers through cases, including grievance, disciplinary, and performance matters, with a strong understanding of unionised environments and collective agreements.
  • Support managers and teams in implementing processes that drive accountability and development.
  • Collaborate with union representatives and support consultation and negotiation processes in line with company policy and employment law.
  • Deliver accurate and timely reporting to support decision-making by senior leaders.
  • Design and implement initiatives that align with business goals and enhance organisational culture.
