Global Tax Leadership Opportunity

Join a dynamic and forward-thinking organization as a Tax Director, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the tax strategy and direction of the business. Reporting to the Head of Global Tax, you will be responsible for leading the global consolidated tax provision process, overseeing direct and indirect tax compliance across multiple international jurisdictions, and collaborating with senior leadership on advisory projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the global consolidated tax provision process and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Oversee direct and indirect tax compliance across multiple international jurisdictions, ensuring full adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on advisory projects, providing expert tax guidance and support.
  • Monitor international tax developments and implement effective strategies to minimize tax risk and optimize tax positions.
  • Manage tax audits, disputes, and relationships with relevant tax authorities, ensuring a proactive and responsive approach.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of PQE tax experience, with a strong track record of success in tax leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge of OECD guidelines and global tax regulations, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical and strategic manner.
  • Strategic mindset with attention to detail and risk management, able to balance short-term needs with long-term goals.
  • Organized self-starter with goal orientation and intellectual curiosity, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
