We are at a critical juncture where immersive experiences and generative AI is poised to revolutionize every aspect of communication, collaboration and learning.

As a Senior Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with clients in the Generative AI space.

  • Understand customer requirements to tailor the product to meet those needs.
  • Develop a strong and proactive relationship with key stakeholders on the customer side.
  • Conduct training sessions for clients on the effective use of our AI products.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling additional services or features to existing clients.
  • Provide ongoing technical support to clients, addressing and resolving any issues promptly.

Collaborate with the sales team, product development, and other departments to deliver solutions to customers. Develop and present tailored presentations, demonstrations, and proposals that cater to the specific needs of partners and customers.

Build, sustain and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities utilizing Hubspot and employing effective pipeline management techniques and sales methodologies.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a strong understanding of the AI industry and its applications.
