
Business Development Specialist

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business in a thriving industry. We are seeking an experienced and skilled Key Account Manager to manage and grow key retail accounts both in-store and online.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop existing relationships with key retailers to achieve sales and margin targets
- Identify new business opportunities to meet revenue targets and expand the company's presence in the market
- Present new product developments to retailers and collaborate on joint business and promotional plans
- Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular meetings and communication
- Coordinate daily operations to ensure excellent customer service and meet business objectives
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales growth, improve profitability, and increase market share
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Key Account management with a track record of achieving results
- Strong collaboration and leadership skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and colleagues
- Strategic, innovative thinking with the ability to identify new business opportunities and develop creative solutions
- Excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects and deadlines
- Financial acumen and ability to interpret sales data and make informed business decisions
- A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- IT literacy and analytical skills with the ability to utilise technology to drive business growth
