Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to manage the end-to-end order process and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer orders accurately and promptly upon receipt.
  • Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting according to business requirements.
  • Provide basic product information to customers.
  • Resolve queries related to orders, stock availability, deliveries, and invoices.
  • Process returns and ensure smooth resolution of issues.
Customer Experience and Loyalty
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, building strong working relationships.
  • Demonstrate genuine care, empathy, and professionalism in handling customer concerns.
  • Support a positive and cooperative team environment.
Candidate Profile

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Native or near-native fluency in German and advanced English (C1/C2).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general PC literacy.
  • Experience in order entry, customer support, or a strong interest in developing a career in customer service.

  • SAP knowledge is an advantage, though full training will be provided.
