Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of construction projects from inception to completion. With a keen eye for detail and excellent leadership skills, this individual will drive project outcomes that exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with stakeholder requirements.
  • Conduct thorough feasibility assessments and technical due diligence to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and effective communication.
  • Maintain high standards of quality management throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and to the required specifications.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Surveying.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in construction project management.
  • Proven track record in leading complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with data centre, infrastructure, renewable energy, and pharma projects is a plus.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to prepare and analyze detailed construction programs.
  • Contract administration experience is a valuable asset.
  • Highly organized and efficient team player dedicated to delivering exceptional results.
