Business Process Specialist

This role presents a unique opportunity to make a pivotal contribution towards ensuring the seamless operation of critical business applications that underpin our lending operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the reliability of key business applications used by the Lending division.
  • Respond promptly to incidents reported via ServiceNow, ensuring swift resolution while keeping stakeholders informed at every step.
  • Participate in change management processes, liaise with vendors for software updates or escalations, contribute to testing new enhancements, and keep meticulous records of all activities.

What you bring:

  • A background in IT, Business Information Systems, or Finance.
  • The ability to apply analytical thinking when evaluating complex technical issues.
  • Comfort navigating both vendor-supplied platforms and internally developed solutions powered by SQL.
  • Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and best practices for handling incidents or changes.
  • A commitment to delivering dependable support and helping ensure that business users can rely on their technology every single day.
