
Station Finance and Administrative Support Specialist

Job Description:
The role of the Station Finance and Administration Team Member is a critical position within the station. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day support to the accounting, administration, and third-party contracts teams.
Key responsibilities include managing and supporting the prompt payment of invoices, dealing with invoice queries, preparation and posting of all month-end journals, reconciliation of local control accounts, and supporting ESB Finance Managers with monthly and year-end financial forecasting.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years' experience in a similar role, strong communications and interpersonal skills, a good understanding of basic accounting and invoice processing processes, and an ability to act independently working to solve problems and implement solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Extensive knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
- Prior experience of working with SAP Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) & Financial Management Information System (FMIS)
