Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled Privacy Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and protecting sensitive data.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex privacy issues and develop innovative solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate privacy requirements into new projects and systems.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and overseeing privacy-related tasks and projects across various business units to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Supporting the development and implementation of privacy policies and procedures to align with global data protection laws and industry standards.
  • Conducting privacy assessments and audits to identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities in current processes.
  • Collaborating with legal, IT, and security teams to integrate privacy requirements into new projects and initiatives.
  • Tracking and reporting on privacy metrics.
Requirements

Successful candidates will possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in law, computer science, business, or technology, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years' industry experience dealing with data protection and privacy issues globally.
  • Excellent understanding and working knowledge of privacy principles, frameworks, and legislation.
  • Experience of data processing operations and privacy in the technology sector is preferable.
  • Strategic thinking skills with excellent legal and business judgment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams.
