Job Overview

The School of Computer Science and Statistics invites applications for an Administrative Officer 3 position as part of the OurKidsCode project team. The specific purpose of this role is to provide administrative support on the OurKidsCode project.

This employment is not offered on an indefinite basis as this project is finite. Termination of this contract will occur on completion of the work or in the event of funding withdrawal.

The successful candidate will join a small project team and be responsible for providing high-quality office, administration, and project management services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support on the OurKidsCode project.
  • Assist with project coordination and management tasks.
  • Support the project team with general office duties.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Benefits
