Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Customer Service Representative to handle customer orders, manage purchase orders, and maintain stock levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and acknowledge customer orders, requesting pricing from suppliers where necessary.
  • Enter customer orders on the enterprise resource planning system and manage purchase orders with suppliers.
  • Follow up with suppliers for delivery dates and liaise with customers accordingly.
  • Dispatch stock, send relevant paperwork to customers, and arrange collections when required.
  • Maintain accurate stock levels, complete stock takes at month-end, and reconcile warehouse/transport costs with financial records.
Requirements:
  • Education: Equivalent of a high school diploma or higher qualification.
  • Experience: Working in customer service/customer care, possessing excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills, flexibility with working hours, and experience with CRM software, enterprise resource planning systems, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
