Job Title: Electro Mechanical Maintenance Technician

About the Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Electro Mechanical Maintenance Professional to perform maintenance tasks in Dundalk. As an expert in electro mechanical systems, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of equipment and machinery.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Plan and schedule maintenance activities to minimize downtime and optimize operations
  • Servicing and maintaining complex systems including motors, conveyors, and production related equipment
  • Inspecting and assessing the functionality of production machines and monitoring maintenance processes for continuous improvement
  • Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical faults
  • Maintaining all plant machinery to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operations
Key Requirements:
  • Engineering / Electrical / Mechanical qualification or equivalent with 3+ years experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and/or OEE is desirable
  • Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven maintenance engineering skills
