Job Title: Healthcare Professional

About the Role:

The primary objective of this position is to deliver clinical care and support to clients in their homes. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting tasks such as dressing changes, injections, and catheter changes, while also assessing clients for referrals to other disciplines and home support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality clinical care and support to clients in their homes
  • Conduct wound care services in health centre dressing clinics
  • Assess clients for potential referrals to other healthcare services
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals based in one of our health centres
Requirements:
  • Holding valid nursing registration and relevant qualifications
  • A reliable vehicle for conducting home visits
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
