We're proud to be an in-person company, requiring our employees to come to the office for two Anchor Days (Mondays & Thursdays). As part of our Sales organisation, you'll work closely with cross-functional partners inside and outside of GTM.
About The Role:This role is all about owning relationships with accounts covering mostly W2W customers in EMEA who adapted our solution from early phase. Your focus will be on retaining existing paid footprint and ensuring long-term success with decision-makers, primarily executives. You'll measure success on book of business retention and predictable renewals happening in a timely manner.
What You'll Achieve:- You'll be a founding member of our Relationship Management Team, working with innovative customers and shaping how we grow from here.
- As the first point of contact, you'll handle customer needs and summarise key learnings back to leadership teams, forecasting a healthy and predictable revenue business for your territory.
- You'll gain insights to inform our product development, helping us serve customers better.
- Cross-functional partnership: Work with our CSM team to identify at-risk accounts, develop strategies to mitigate risks, ensure customer satisfaction, and secure renewals.
