We are seeking a highly skilled Dietary Expert to join our Culinary Team. This is an exciting opportunity to provide expert nutrition and healthy eating support, advice, and information service to internal and external stakeholders.

About the Role
  • As a Dietary Expert, you will be responsible for providing advice and information to category and product development teams to meet the nutrition needs of our customers and ensure products meet technical policies and product ranges.
  • You will also provide nutrition expertise to customers and support new business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide nutrition training for new hires and all members of staff.
  2. Attend and speak at sales events and customer meetings when required.
  3. Manage recipe management systems and ensure they are maintained and updated to meet business and customer needs.
  4. Work with Marketing teams to underpin all programs with sound nutrition policies and ensure all publications meet legal requirements.
  5. Ensure current business product data information management systems have relevant nutritional & health information required to meet legal obligations and customer expectations.
  6. Maintain links with government bodies and NGOs, attending events as required.
  7. Act as a Company spokesperson on all nutrition issues and ensure satisfaction with Nutrition information services provided to internal and external customers.
  8. Advise the Company on appropriate policies related to nutrition and diet.
  9. Maintain awareness of current legislation, emerging nutrition trends and issues through regular review of relevant developments and communicate these to the business.
  10. Identify and implement service and/or process improvements.
