Senior Project Coordinator

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual to take on a key role in our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to work with a dynamic organization that connects communities to the future by designing and delivering gigabit-speed infrastructure.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring every project runs smoothly and successfully, taking ownership of large-scale telecom projects from concept through to delivery.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Establishing effective processes, controls, and resources to launch and manage new workstreams.
  • Coordinating between different teams to ensure projects are properly scoped, planned, and executed.
  • Working closely with programme managers to keep projects aligned and on track.
  • Overseeing budgets, tracking performance, and ensuring costs and revenues are fully accounted for.
  • Reviewing delivery metrics regularly to identify risks and implement improvements.

Requirements include:

  • Proven experience in a senior contracts or operations lead role.
  • A track record in managing large-scale telecom build projects, ideally fibre-to-the-home.
  • Strong resource planning and budget management skills.
  • Demonstrated success leading diverse teams across multiple projects and clients.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office, GIS, and field reporting tools.
  • Professional project management accreditation (PMP, Prince 2, or similar).

This is a permanent full-time position located in Dublin 22. Having your own transport is essential due to the location of the offices.

The salary package includes €80,000 - €90,000 DOE, Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm, car allowance/commercial vehicle, 10% bonus, flexible benefits, gym membership, and death in service income protection.
