About the Role

TN Ireland is seeking a highly skilled Landscaping and Contract Administration Lead to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing project administration, contract management, and site supervision.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing project administration, including preparing and maintaining accurate records, reports, and documentation
  • Coordinating site operations, including supervising staff, subcontractors, and resources
  • Developing and implementing procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

You will work closely with senior management to ensure the effective execution of company strategies and objectives.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A third-level qualification in Landscape or Construction Management
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in landscape construction or related sectors
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

You will also need to have a strong understanding of construction methods, plant knowledge, and landscape materials.
