Job Title: HR Administration Assistant – Grade IV

Role Overview

This role involves providing administrative support to the Human Resources Department. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations in all aspects of employee benefits and pension schemes.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and possess the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the HR Department as required.
  • Assist in the administration and operation of all aspects of the Hospital's pension schemes and related employee benefits.
  • Deliver an excellent client-focused service to members.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in a similar administrative role is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
