About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Capability Definition: Develop and maintain Contact Center and EC3-related capabilities, solutions, solution architectures, patterns, standards, guidelines, and specifications.
  • Solution Roadmap: Partner with agile product area leaders, chapter area leaders, agile team leads, and architects to develop platform designs and solution roadmaps.
  • Performance Measurement: Measure performance through established objectives and metrics that deliver agreed-upon business, technology, and people results.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ Years of Experience: Proven track record in architecture or engineering with at least 5 years as a solution architect.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills to influence decisions and engage across levels.
  • Enterprise Expertise: Experience with enterprise contact center platforms, interactive voice response technology, and public cloud technologies (AWS and Azure).
  • User Experience Strategy: Background in designing and delivering user-centric experiences.
  • Innovative Problem-Solving: Passion for solving complex problems and delivering innovative solutions.
