Podiatrist Specialist Role: Diabetes Foot Management

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced podiatrist to join our team as a specialist in diabetes foot management. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality foot care services to patients with diabetes, with a focus on prevention and treatment of foot ulcers and amputations.

The successful candidate will have strong clinical skills and experience in managing patients with complex foot conditions. They will work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and ensure seamless care for patients.

About the Role
  • Provide comprehensive foot care services to patients with diabetes, including wound management and prevention strategies.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and identify risk factors for diabetic foot complications.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and other healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure timely referrals and optimal patient outcomes.

This role requires a degree in podiatry (MSc/DP) and relevant clinical experience. A strong understanding of diabetes management and prevention strategies is essential, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
