Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking an individual to handle pre-transaction/reputational due diligence, and third-party due diligence projects from start-to-finish. Key activities include conducting research into U.S. and international individuals and entities, summarizing information from multiple sources into concise, analytical assessments, prioritizing projects and assignments on multiple topics, while meeting tight deadlines, and rigorously self-reviewing standards to ensure that all reports meet a consistently high level of quality.

About the Role:
  • The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work critically through information, breaking it down into its component parts for analysis, and piecing it back together to form an intelligence product for decision-makers.
Requirements:
  • At least 1-3 years of relevant experience is required, with a degree in a related field from an accredited University or College.
