Job Title: Marketing Manager, Global Strategy and MarketingJob Description:

This position involves leading marketing initiatives that drive business growth and expansion. The role requires strategic thinking, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the ability to analyze market trends.

Responsibilities include developing global market models, estimating project value, and selecting optimal projects. Additionally, the candidate will be expected to construct sales assets and collateral to articulate brand positioning and value proposition.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of basic financial metrics, including NPV, Gross Profit, P&L statements, and basic accounting. Experience in the medical device sector is highly desirable.

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to champion product concepts and promote change through indirect influence.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent strongly preferred
  • Three years of marketing or related experience, with at least two years of marketing experience in the medical device sector
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers (physicians) and internal stakeholders, with demonstrated presentation skills
  • General working knowledge of quantitative marketing research tools, including conjoint, NPS, max diff among others
