Project Management Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee the completion of a residential development project in Dublin. The successful candidate will have proven experience in managing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality outcomes.

  • The project involves constructing a block of 15 apartments in Stepaside, with the shell already built and glazing, cladding, and finishing still to be completed.
  • Prior experience working on RC frame apartment projects or large commercial projects is highly desirable.

The ideal candidate will have a degree or diploma in civil engineering or trade qualifications, with at least 10 years of experience working with a developer or main contractor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage the project team and ensure effective communication among stakeholders.
  • To coordinate with design teams and specialist subcontractors to deliver the project on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • To maintain accurate records and reports throughout the project lifecycle.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall success of the project and will work closely with the visiting Contracts Manager to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements:
