Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily operations of the food and beverage department with exceptional organisational skills
  • Manage a team of servers, hosts, and bartenders to ensure seamless hospitality
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain operational efficiency
  • Train and mentor staff to maintain high standards of performance and excellence
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations at all times

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a senior role within the catering and hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and engage teams
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities to drive results and overcome challenges
  • Knowledge of food and beverage trends to inform menu development and drive business growth
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Relevant qualifications in hospitality management or related field to underpin professional expertise
