As a specialist in commercial kitchen electrical systems, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing electrical circuits and wiring systems specific to kitchen appliances.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Fitting, repairing and maintaining electrical circuits and wiring systems
  • Installing and ensuring the proper functioning of various electrical components used in kitchen equipment
  • Maintaining electrical equipment used in commercial kitchens

You will require essential knowledge of building systems monitoring technology, electrical testing methods, electrical wiring plans, and electricity specific to commercial kitchen equipment. Additionally, you will need skills such as binding wire, following health and safety procedures, inspecting electrical supplies, and installing electric switches and sockets.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

  • Automation technology specific to kitchen equipment
  • Control systems in commercial kitchens
  • Knowledge of electrical wire accessories for kitchen appliances
  • Understanding of electrical wiring diagrams for commercial kitchen equipment
