Job Opportunity

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the calibration and maintenance of laboratory instrumentation. This includes managing the calibration schedule in collaboration with vendors, reviewing documentation, and handling unplanned maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the calibration process to ensure optimal performance.
  • Review reports related to equipment reliability and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage instrument change controls to maintain compliance.
  • Troubleshoot laboratory equipment and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Oversee the purchase and qualification of new laboratory instruments to meet business needs.
  • Develop new standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure all equipment-related processes are up to date.
  • Lead investigations into calibration issues and implement improvements to reduce downtime.
  • Support the implementation, qualification, and routine maintenance of analytical instruments to ensure accuracy and precision.
  • Maintain Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) compliance in all quality control operations and documentation.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to source new equipment and software solutions that meet business requirements.
