Job Title: Research Facilitator

This is a unique opportunity to work as a Research Facilitator in a dynamic environment. As part of our team, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the efficient integration of research tasks and outputs across various research groups at multiple institutions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Project Planning: Plan, manage, and monitor the execution of work-plans across teams and institutions in a proactive manner.
  • Progress Tracking: Track, monitor, and report on progress and performance, mitigating risk and taking corrective action as required.
  • Team Collaboration: Monitor inter-team and inter-institution dependencies, alerting relevant stakeholders to potential issues and proposing corrective action.

You will also contribute to the research themes in designing technical solutions in the areas of digital content technology research. You will track, monitor, and report on the progress of the research themes in carrying out the ADAPT research programme.

We are seeking an individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills, who can build and nurture relationships. A strategic thinker with the ability to make insightful and timely decisions in challenging situations is essential.

A high level of proficiency in IT packages, such as MS Office and MS Project, is also required. Good written and oral proficiency in English is crucial for this role.
