Job Title: Social Care Professional
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Social Care Professional. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of children and young people in residential care settings.
About the RoleThis role involves supporting children and young people through structured interventions, daily routines, and emotional support, helping them grow, develop, and prepare for more independent living.
You will be working with children who have complex needs, including emotional, behavioral, or mental health challenges. Your role will involve providing care and support in short-term, long-term, or high-support placements.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Level 7 qualification in Social Care or a related discipline
- Experience working with children
- Eligibility to work in Ireland
- Knowledge of child protection, safeguarding, and trauma-informed care
Additionally, you should be CORU registered or in the process of applying.
