Water Treatment Process Lead

The role of a Water Treatment Process Lead is pivotal in bridging the gap between customer requirements and effective solutions. This individual will spearhead the translation of clients' needs into deliverable, cost-effective, and profitable solutions.

This key position plays a lead role with internal and external design teams and project managers to influence and optimize design concepts into solutions that can be built safely and on time.

Responsibilities:
  • Document client process needs and draft high-level design concepts for sharing with customers.
  • Collaborate with design teams to establish reliable and efficient designs that meet client requirements.
  • Work with project managers and tendering departments to cost proposed solutions.
  • Support business development teams in preparing quotations and tender documents.
  • Provide assistance with SAT and FAT of solutions.
  • Develop documentation to support the assembly, commissioning, and operation of modular solutions, including technical files for CE Mark self-certification.
  • In conjunction with the General Manager, define standard product offerings that meet the needs of the water and wastewater treatment market.
  • Ensure the successful delivery of robust technical solutions by collaborating with all parties in the project team.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of L8 degree in Engineering, Science, or a related discipline.
  • Managerial experience of process or design teams is advantageous.
  • Commercial awareness to ensure product proposals are both cost-effective and profitable.
  • Extensive technical knowledge of process design, construction, and commissioning of water and wastewater treatment plants (modular experience is advantageous).
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in the water/wastewater industry.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to travel to customer locations primarily in Ireland and the UK.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite applications, including MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Project.
Package:

€75,000 - €95,000 per annum dependent on relevant experience.
