Job OverviewThis position plays a vital role in ensuring compliance with applicable standards, specifications, and procedures. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting products and associated documentation to identify any nonconformities.
The ideal candidate will have experience in electronics manufacturing industries and familiarity with inspection standards such as IPC-A-610. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities- Inspect products and associated documentation to ensure compliance with applicable standards, specifications, and procedures.
- Document inspection results, including communication of nonconformances, and release products for customer shipments accordingly.
- File and archive records as defined by operating procedures.
- Support Production Team Leaders in ensuring that priorities are completed efficiently.
- Participate in Improvement Team activities like LEAN and 5S to drive continuous improvement.
- Assist other Quality Auditors and Operators as needed, promoting a collaborative environment.
- Experience in electronics manufacturing industries preferred.
- Familiarity with inspection standards such as IPC-A-610.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and procedures effectively.
- Good communication skills and a positive, flexible attitude.
- Strong planning and organizational skills with effective time management.
