
Membership Growth Specialist

The successful candidate will oversee the strategic and operational delivery of membership services. This role involves managing the end-to-end membership journey, ensuring a seamless experience for all members. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies to enhance member engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
Additionally, this position requires overseeing the management, maintenance, and development of the membership database and CRM system. Ensuring data integrity, compliance with data protection regulations, and data reporting are essential aspects of this role.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in senior membership/customer operations roles within member-centric organisations. Strong leadership skills, analytical abilities, and stakeholder management expertise are also highly valued.
- Manage membership databases and CRM systems
- Develop and implement data quality procedures and audits
- Drive digital transformation initiatives
- Extensive experience in senior membership/customer operations roles
- Leadership experience with high-performing teams
- Knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and best practices
- Understanding of Health & Safety regulations and corporate governance frameworks
