Poker Department Leader – Elevate Your Career

The Sporting Emporium Club in Dublin is seeking a dynamic and experienced Poker Department Leader to drive the poker department forward. As a seasoned professional, you will have a deep understanding of poker rules, formats & trends, as well as strong business skills to lead, grow, and make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the overall strategy and operations of the poker department
  • Recruit, train, and motivate a top-class poker team
  • Establish strong relationships with players and the poker community
  • Collaborate with senior management on growth initiatives
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in poker management/operations
  • Deep knowledge of poker rules, formats & trends
  • Proven track record in business development
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office & poker management systems
  • Energetic, diplomatic, and results-focused
