Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Director to lead our site-wide training strategy, ensuring it aligns with the organization's transformational journey and regulatory expectations.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive training plan that meets the needs of all employees.
- Oversee delivery and tracking of compliance and GMP training.
- Maintain accurate training records and ensure they are audit-ready.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in learning and development, preferably in a regulated environment. They will be responsible for:
- Liaising with cross-functional teams to develop training programs that meet regulatory standards.
- Collaborating with external partners to deliver impactful learning experiences.
- Managing the Learning Management System (LMS) and analyzing training metrics to inform decision-making.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Life Sciences, HR, or Education.
- Strong knowledge of GMP and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
