Overview

The role of Senior Customer Success Manager involves developing and maintaining long-term relationships with customers, identifying growth and upsell opportunities in collaboration with the Sales team. The Senior Customer Success Manager is responsible for building trusted relationships with customers to identify opportunities for growth and upsell. This involves working closely with the Sales team to deliver these opportunities and ensuring that customer needs are met.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to identify opportunities for growth and upsell.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to deliver growth and upsell opportunities.
  • Work closely with other teams within the organization to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Identify potential areas of growth and upsell for customers and develop plans to achieve them.
  • Support the wider CSM team with knowledge and skills.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3-5+ years experience in Customer Success or Customer Service roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A love for working with people and finding out how they work.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
  • Strong technical skills and ability to adapt to new software and systems quickly.
  • Experience in hospitality or food industry preferred but not essential.

Location and Hours of Work

This position is a hybrid role with travel to your local office required on a regular basis. The candidate will be required to attend their local office at least every two weeks and will be expected to work a minimum 37.5 hour week.
